Tourist motivation is a critical aspect of tourism research, providing valuable insights into why people travel and what influences their destination choices. This article aims to provide a systematic review of the leading models used to understand tourist motivation, examining both psychological and external factors that drive tourist behaviours. Key frameworks such as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Push-Pull Theory, and Iso-Ahola’s Motivation-Relaxation Model are explored to highlight the various intrinsic and extrinsic forces that motivate tourists. Additionally, models like Plog’s Psychographic Typology and the Travel Career Ladder offer valuable perspectives on how travel motivations evolve with experience and personality traits. By synthesizing these diverse models, the review not only provides a broad understanding of tourist motivation but also underscores the complexity and multidimensional nature of travel behaviour. Understanding these models is essential for tourism practitioners, as it enables more targeted marketing strategies, improved destination management, and enhanced visitor satisfaction. This article aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the motivations that shape tourism trends and to offer a framework for future research in the field.

The act of picking fruit is very familiar and associated with the history of hunting, catching, gathering, and gathering of humans, so they have come up with many types of tools for this job. Therefore, the author has inherited and proposed a tool that has two functions at the same time: wrapping bags and picking fruit at high altitude. This article presents the structure, operating principles, and instructions for using this tool. This tool is compact, inexpensive, and easy to use. It consists of a long handle, a set of clamps that close and open, and a control cable connecting from the top to the middle of the handle. Farmers just need to stand on the ground, put the clamps over the fruit, and pull the control cable to make the clamps close or open. From there, they can wrap bag or pick fruits from high above easily. This research will help farmers have a tool that has two functions, which certainly has many advantages and is useful for farmers. Vận dụng và cải tiến các hình thức học và dạy học theo hướng tích cực luôn là những hoạt động thiết yếu trong việc cải thiện chất lượng đào tạo theo CDIO. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi tập trung phân tích các ưu và khuyết điểm của việc học tập cá nhân cũng như học tập nhóm trong trường Đại học dựa trên một loạt các quan sát, phỏng vấn và thảo luận nhóm, qua đó đề xuất một số phương pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả học tập của sinh viên trong các môn học và làm đồ án. Mặc dù tất cả chúng ta đều nhận thức rõ ràng việc học tập nhóm đem lại những hiệu quả rõ rệt, nhưng kết quả là luôn có sự khác biệt trong quá trình hoàn thành nhiệm vụ giữa các sinh viên có trình độ kiến thức và tư duy không đồng đều nhau. Do đó, vấn đề trọng tâm được đặt ra là phát triển các kỹ năng giao tiếp cá nhân trong việc xây dựng nhóm. Việc tập trung vào thảo luận nhóm được theo dõi thông qua việc lấy ý kiến của từng sinh viên cuối cùng cũng đã cho thấy những phản hồi tích cực mặt dù vẫn còn một số sinh viên cho rằng phương pháp mới đòi hỏi họ phải dành nhiều thời gian hơn so với cách học bình thường, Tuy nhiên quan trọng hơn, từ việc lấy ý kiến này, chúng tôi cũng thu nhận được thêm một số phương pháp học tập mới cũng như cách thức tự hoàn thiện bản thân từ chính các sinh viên của chúng tôi.
